If you are somewhat joyfull, it is difficult make a roomfull of people joyfull, but if you are overflowing with joy, other people are not able to accidently "steal joy" from, you, they are getting more than "table scraps" from you: The overflow of your Joy is UPLIFTING

No body enjoys or likes a person who "gives" too much: That person is "testy"

Would you prefer a 100 dollar gift that was a "big streetch" for the person giving?

or a 40 dollar gift from someone who gave it Joyfully or Hilariously?

When you give too much, you are depleting yous

When you are abundant, you can ONLY SHARE FROM YOUR OVERFLOW: JOYFULLY AND HILARIOUSLY

THIS IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO

NOT JUST CREATE LIFE, CREATE A LIFE ENERGY FIELD: IT OVERFLOWS TO YOUR SELF AND OTHERS
NOT JUST "HAVE LOVE" , CREATE A LOVE ENERGY FIELD, AND THEN IT OVERFLOWS TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS
NOT JUST "HAVE GRATITUDE" , FEEL THE GRATITUDE, CONSIOUSLY CREATE A GRATITUDE ENERGY FIELD, AND THEN YOUR OVERFLOW WILL JUST EFFORTLESSLY LIFT YOURSELF AN OTHERS

You could then go on and study the Field of being gratefull in different cultures

And at one point when being gratefull, , you could jump up to: "Become the Field"

It takes no effort to "be the field" , and then it is effortless to be the field, and then it is upifting to "be the field", and you create overflow, and lift youself and the world. You make "giving" look like fun, you make giving look hilarious: now everyone wants to join in on the fun >
