You can KISS THE SKY.
Feel how the temperature of the air changes as you rise into the air
s.
When you walk or run to the top of a Malibu Mountain,
you deserve a reward: to fly down to the beach ! (running down a mountian is not exercise or a reward:
flying is a reward and a spiritual exercise..
see RiseIntoTheAir.com.

Question #1: Would you prefer to meditate sitting below a mountian,
or Meditate while running up a mountian?
(It is quite easy to meditate while sitting or sleeping: but when you achieve full meditation while running , this state creates a stable high that lasts weeks or forever
( see: AthleticStillness.com )
would you prefer to meditate on the top of a mountian, or meditate floating and flying
above a mountian?
Which meditation do you think lasts the longes

17 years ago:
At one of my acting classes at Ucla, we have the privilege of being able to interview one of the best directors this world has ever seen.
after others asked a few "normal" questions, I asked:
, "How is it that you are able to just take actors, and hijack them, and get the best work out of them? Where do you get all of this charisma?"
He said:
you have to do 2 things. : Understand it 100% ,
and FEEL it 100 times more than you understand it.
If you understand it 100%, and only feel it 50 % or even 200 percent,
that is not enough, it wont be stable. and it will harm you.
Because you will 100 percent understand something, but because you cant feel it enough, you will never, never be able to do it, ever.
It will tourture you forever. , and I am not being dramatic. "
, if you really want feel this and understand this you have to share your emotions, your guts with me , and I have to share my guts with you,
then you will "get it", and it will be stable, and not Destry you. "
He then had different people talk about triumphs and defeats they've gone through in their life, , and relive it on stage ,
and he would challenge them , lightly and sometime harshly.
but , everyone was grateful for the director time
He then had me relive an experience of mine where I I was in session with a client, and the client had a great triumph in a session
, when I was reliving this he asked me several times to switch from being myself, to me being the woman,
Every time he asked me to stop being the woman, he told me to
" slap the tears off your face" until I was able to be myself.
I had welts on my face for days.
he then attacked "the woman" verbally,
and attacked me verbally.
I swore at him
he then yelled:
"Do you think I came to UCLA to have
some student yell at me?
and swear at me, ?'
I could not answer,
I was just shaking, and slapping the tears off my face.
but he tears would not stop , and it make me furious
then he said:
"I asked you to be that character,
and you went all in ,
and you completely became her,
the Only reason you were able to do that is
because for those 20 minutes you had complete
" love of craft".
something larger than yourself.
he then yelled at the camera men and told them to cover all the cameras and unplug everything...
And he said
I am not just a director
I am in the Emotional Transportation Busines
I pick up people and carry them some place they have never been before, and to a place that I have never been before.
and I can only do this because I have
Love Of Craft
I completely got it.
(that was the precise moment that Malibu Country Club was created}
and the the director went on to say:
it doesn't Matter whether a person is fixing a car , or fixing the human brain,
or bringing a scene to the stage, when a person has a great love of craft they inspire and pick up everyone around them and lift the world around them , and they encourage everyone around them to "double" their own " love of craft" in everything they do.
so love of craft can be small, like a vibe,
o r it can be like a giant football field
a giant :"love of craft" Energy Field"
that radiates and creates greatness. "
My life changed after that. Its was as if I had a special pair of sunglasss .
I could not see an X ray, or a. radio wave, and I could not see a Quantum Energy Field. (Quantum EF , the only building blocks of "matter")
but I could see the " Love of Craft Energy Field" in myself, and others. And and I could help grow a "Love of Craft EF" in any employe or friend or family.
I decided to have the highest love of craft in everything I do. I wanted everything to be as positive and as classy as possible.
I did not know it yet, but I also wanted everything I do in this world to have so much love of craft that everything seems like an elevated , inspiring, classy "country club experience."
When I was 11, we belonged to a Country Cub in New Jersey
(the Schreusberry Sailing and Yacht club.
That is the Country Club where I learned to Sail and to water skii.
That is where I learned Ballroom Dancing. , and our dancing was so bad that it gave inspiration for members when they delivered comedy sets on thursday nights
(for people who could afford to start their weekends on Thursday nights).
( the kind of people who take "work" out of the phrase
"4-day work week")
At that Country Club, I was able to drive a golf cart on the golf course at night and for the first time in my life, kiss a girl.
I grew up wanting everyone to have the country club experience in their life:
LANGUAGE IS TRICKY:
when people have great love of craft, they relate that they feel like they are always having a blissful country club experience even when they are living in a van and climbing Half dome in Yosemite without any ropes
Remember, remember, the first time a person climbed half dome in Yosemite, they didn't really master anything it was all done haphazardly, and although he was the first person in the world to do it he didn't feel any bliss from it because he hadn't really mastered anything
so for him that was: shallow love of craft. = shallow bliss
then he trained and trained, and mastered every small skill needed to do it , when he finished, his words could be summed up in two sentences
shallow love of craft = not master anything = feeling slightly fake = shallow bliss
great love of craft = mastering everything = feeling very Real AND very Divine at the same time =. Bliss in Action = Deep Bliss
